Jennifer Bachman is a Rotary International Global Grant recipient and graduate of the Peace and Conflict Management Masters degree program at the University of Haifa in Israel. While there, she worked in the field with a number of non-governmental organizations striving to improve relations between Arabs and Jews and as a result of this experience co-created a short film highlighting such efforts. She subsequently created a collaborative website (wmena.org) and developed an empowerment project for Arab and Jewish women in Israel with support from the WomenLead Institute of Counterpart International.
Born in Miami, Florida, Jennifer has an international background, having lived and studied in the U.S., the Middle East, and Europe. She speaks five languages (three fluently), is an internationally Certified Reflexologist and SCUBA diver, and is experienced in rescue and rehabilitation of dolphins and whales.  Her cultural intelligence and training in the healing arts have contributed to her ability to facilitate numerous service and rapport-building projects in the communities in which she has lived. In addition, she has co-developed five businesses and is a Circuit Court Mediator.
The proud mother of four children, ages 10-19, Jennifer is a strong advocate of education, empowerment, and the promotion of women in leadership roles as crucial components of peacemaking, peacebuilding, and peacekeeping. She lives in Florida and is a management consultant with Jennifer Bachman Empowerment Solutions, Inc.
